I want you to be happy with your purchase so here are few things to know:

Some of the materials used to make certain items are reclaimed and re-purposed. That means it may have some flaws and imperfections but that’s what gives it character and originality.
There may be wood pieces with cracks, or chips and this is the unique feature about wood, it gives each piece its own unique and rustic touch. The tin items have all been distressed to a degree and may have rust, scratches and dents, that is part of the antiquing process and again it’s part of the unique art piece.
Each piece is hand cut, filed, and punched one pierce at a time, making a truly one of a kind art piece. The corners of the metal framed art and the punched metal may still have some sharp. please handle with care

Items that have been treated but may rust over time if exposed to moisture, Items that have not been treated will rust ; look for details stated in product description.

Additional policies 

Please note you are getting a new item – not the item being displayed. Each item is unique. It is impossible to make an EXACT copy of an item, there may be slight variations due to the nature of handmade and the use of recycled material. The tin and the antiquing methods used are varied and unpredictable. The recycled tin containers used in the items may vary in shades and patterns. The wood grain and patterns can make the stain colors look slightly different. The natural character of the wood and tin is rustic, and the imperfections are part of what makes a piece unique and original and impossible to make exact copies. 

Please be aware that variations in computer monitors may affect the shade you see

Payment

I accept , Bank eTransfer, PayPal and credit card payments. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal but will require a credit card. When you check out with PayPal, you will be directed to a page that allows you to log into an existing PayPal account or pay by credit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Privacy policy

Purchases made through the Wallflower Online Store are secured through PayPal, the most trusted Internet payment processing company. All personal and credit card information transmitted are handled by PayPal’s secure connection. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. Wallflower H&G only collects information for the sole purpose of order tracking and records keeping of orders placed online. This information is limited to customer name, address, email, telephone number, and IP address.

If EFT or Paypal orders are not paid within 48 hours the submitted order will be cancelled without notice. If you are having issues submitting payment please contact me at wallflower.hg@gmail.com

Errors and Omissions

If there is a mistake on pricing or shipping costs, you will be notified via email before the order is processed.

Cancellation of Order

I do not accept cancellation of an order after 48 hours or once an item has shipped.
